From One Person's Standard to a Whole Team's Promise
Elite HC Service started with one person and one simple standard: do the job right, every single time. Our founder, Uliana, began working as a cleaning professional back in 2017 — not behind a desk, but on her knees scrubbing grout, wiping down baseboards, and learning exactly what it takes to make a home feel truly clean, not just tidy.
For several years, she cleaned homes across Chicago’s western suburbs for other companies, picking up the techniques, routines, and attention to detail that most cleaning services skip. She also saw, firsthand, where those companies fell short — rushed visits, inconsistent teams, and communication that left clients guessing.
In 2021, she decided to do it her own way, and Elite HC Service was born. The goal was never to be the biggest cleaning company in the suburbs — just the most careful, the most dependable, and the most detail-oriented.
As word spread and Elite HC grew from a one-woman operation into a full team, Uliana made sure that growth never came at the cost of quality. Every teammate is trained personally and held to the same standard she started with back in 2017.
Today, with nine years of hands-on experience behind us, our mission is simple: we don’t just clean homes — we create spaces people love coming home to. Every visit, our goal is to leave your home a little more comfortable, a little more peaceful, than we found it.
